Emma in town

Emma and her sister Charlotte have been in town and chose a pretty damn eventful week to visit. They arrived on the day the Red Sox won the World Series, and left just as Bush was elected for a second term. Halloween in Salem was a fun costume packed highlight, as were cultured visits to Louisa May Alcott's house in Concord and Henry Longfellow's house in Harvard Sq. Shopping, eating and drinking also got ample attention and we had a top time catching up.

Halloween costumes abound on Salem high street

You lucky bleeder!
You arrive in a place, largely unknown to your friends, and yet wonders begin to happen around you. Your game looks to be a great success, the red sox win the World Series and you celebrate/commiserate the passing of a presidential election in the home state of the losing candidate.
Ever get the feeling you made the right choice. I can't wait to visit!
You're totaly welcome to come stay whenever Billy. You too gogorallyjim! Manchester lads on tour... or something.
